      枸杞是我国传统的一种药食同源植物, 由于其特殊的生长条件, 主要分布于我国西北地区, 由于具有良好的生理功效而受到大众的广泛喜爱。近些年, 随着研究的不断深入, 枸杞深加工产业得到了较快发展。本文介绍枸杞的营养价值和保健功效, 并综述和分析了枸杞深加工产业现状和发展趋势, 为枸杞加工产业的健康快速发展提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Lycium barbarum is a kind of traditional Chinese medicinal and edible homologous plant, mainly distributed in northwest China due to its special growing conditions. It is widely loved by the public for its good physiological effect. In recent years, the deep processing industry of Lycium barbarum has developed rapidly with the deepening of research. This paper introduced the nutritional value and health efficacy of Lycium barbarum, and summarized and analyzed the status quo and development trend of Chinese wolfberry deep processing industry, in order to provide references for the healthy and rapid development of Lycium barbarum processing industry.
