      目的 对云南省不同地区种植辣木中总硒和硒形态进行研究, 分析辣木各器官中总硒和硒形态以及与其他硒含量较高的农产品的差别。方法 采用Tris-HCl缓冲溶液加热超声提取辣木不同器官的固体粉末样品, 上清液经湿法消解处理, 利用电感耦合等离子体质谱(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, ICP-MS)测定得到无机硒和总硒含量, 差减法计算有机硒含量。结果 辣木各器官中总硒和硒形态含量均较高, 高于绝大多数农产品, 而农产品中除少数几种农产品(巴西菇、竹荪、白寇)中总硒和硒形态含量较高外, 其他含量均较低; 辣木不同器官中总硒和硒形态含量不同, 含量高低顺序为叶>根>枝、干、果荚壳>皮。结论 辣木等农产品对硒及其形态的吸收能力不同, 硒不同形态在辣木等农产品不同器官中的积累能力不同, 尤其是辣木叶、辣木根对硒的富积能力较强。

      Objective To investigate the selenium and selenium forms of Moringaoleifera planted in different regions of Yunnan Province, and analyze the differences in total selenium and selenium forms in the organs of Moringaoleifera and other selenium-rich agricultural products. Methods The solid powder samples of different organs of Moringaoleifera were extracted by heating with Tris-HCl buffer solution. The supernatant was digested by wet digestion. The content of inorganic selenium and total selenium was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), and the organic selenium content was calculated by subtraction. Results The results showed that the content of total selenium and selenium in the organs of Moringaoleifera was higher, which was higher than most agricultural products. However, in addition to a relatively high content of total selenium and selenium in agricultural products except for a few agricultural products (Brazil, bamboo and white peony), other products were low. The content of total selenium and selenium in different organs of Moringaoleifera was different. The order of content was leaf>root>branch, dried, pod shell>leather. Conclusion The Moringaoleifera and other agricultural products have different absorption abilities of selenium and its forms. The different forms of selenium have different accumulation ability in different organs of sapwood, especially moringa leaves and moringa roots have a strong ability to accumulate selenium.
