      旅游业作为绿色的、可持续发展的新兴产业之一, 越来越受到各地区的关注, 旅游经济在国民经济总产值中占据的比例也逐年快速增长。其中, 食品安全问题不仅关系到旅游群众的健康、生命, 也关系到地区、国家旅游经济的发展, 较好的食品安全管理对旅游经济的带动具有正面意义与舆论导向, 同时也备受社会、媒体及群众的关注。本文具体阐述了旅游经济的现状及发展趋势, 总结和分析了我国旅游过程中食品安全管理的特点, 从法律法规、安全监管、食品企业及安全教育与社会监督等现阶段食品安全管理存在的问题进行了详细的分析。并从食品安全问题对游客、对食品行业、对旅游经济等方面的深远影响进行了描述, 最后表明食品安全管理对旅游经济发展具有正面而意义深远的影响。
英文摘要:
      Tourism, as one of the green and sustainable emerging industries, is attracting more and more attention from various regions. The proportion of tourism economy in the total output value of national economy is also increasing rapidly year by year. Among them, food safety is not only related to the health and life of tourists, but also related to the development of regional and national tourism economy. Better food safety management has positive significance and public opinion direction for the driving of tourism economy, and is also concerned by the society, media and the public. This paper expounded the current situation and development trend of tourism economy, summarized and analyzed the characteristics of food safety management in the process of tourism in China, and analyzed the existing problems of food safety management at the present stage, such as laws and regulations, safety supervision, food enterprises, safety education and social supervision. It also described the far-reaching impact of food safety on tourists, the food industry and the tourism economy. Finally, it showed that food safety management has a positive and far-reaching impact on the development of tourism economy.
