目的 评价新食品原料宝乐果粉的美白祛斑功效作用。方法 配制5个不同浓度宝乐果粉溶液, 用生物化学法体外测试宝乐果粉对络氨酸酶抑制作用。按护肤品生产工艺制作4组乳液, 以花色豚鼠棕色皮肤部位作为样品涂抹部位, 同时设置对照组, 测试花色豚鼠皮肤组织切片光密度, 计算黑色素生成抑制率。制作宝乐果美白祛斑精华液, 对35位人体受试者做皮肤美白实验, 在产品使用12周内随机回访5次, 每次采用受试者自评、研究者评价和仪器测量方法, 随机平行对照比较评分指标的变化, 来评估产品美白祛斑的功效。 结果 宝乐果粉体外对络氨酸酶活性抑制率为48.18%, 最佳活性抑制浓度为5%。动物实验黑色素生成抑制率为37.21%, 同熊果甙复合使用黑色素生成抑制率为66.38%。人体实验: 1. 受试者自我评价: 使用产品第1周后受试者实验侧评分有轻微改善的是, 色斑颜色(30.30%)、皮肤透亮度(33.33%)、皮肤白皙度(42.42%)和整体肤色均匀度(42.42%)。第8周后对不同评分指标分别有9.09%~48.48%的中等改善, 3.03%的明显改善; 第12周有54.55%受试者评分轻微改善, 39.39%中等改善, 12.12%明显改善。2. 研究者评价使用产品4周后受试者实验侧皮肤色素沉着斑变淡, 整体皮肤的均匀度和透亮度提高, 评分优于使用前以及对照组。使用12周后色斑改善明显。3. 仪器测试: 有斑部位使用产品第4周, 实验侧和对照侧靶部位皮肤L*值和黑色素值无统计学差异(P=0.26); 使用产品第8周至第12周, 有斑部位皮肤L*值较对照侧升高, 二者具有显著性差异(P<0.05), 黑色素值明显低于使用前和对照侧(P<0.001)。无斑部位第12周实验侧靶部位皮肤L*值升高, 但与对照侧比较无差异(P>0.05), 黑色素值明显低于对照侧(P<0.05), 对无斑皮肤也有美白作用。。结论 新食品原料宝乐果粉是良好的美白剂, 其制成的护肤产品具有安全性和明显美白祛斑功效, 同其他美白剂复合配方有协同增强作用。 |

Objective To evaluate the effect of whitening and lightening dark spots of the new food ingredient Borojo powder. Methods Five different concentrations of Borojo powder’s solution were configured, and the inhibition of tyrosinase by Borojo powder’s was tested in vitro by biochemical method. According to the skin care product production process, 4 groups of emulsions were prepared, the brown skin parts of the guinea pigs were used as the sample application sites, the control group was set to test the optical density of the skin tissue slices of the guinea pigs, and the melanin production inhibition rate was calculated. Borojo Whitening & Lightening Dark Sport Essence Serum was prepared and performed skin whitening test on 35 human subjects, and randomly return visit 5 times within 12 weeks. Each time the subject self-assessment, the investigator evaluation and the instrumental measurement method were used, and the randomized parallel control was used to compare the changes of the score indicators to evaluate the efficacy of the product whitening and freckle. Results The inhibitory activity of Borojo powder’s on tyrosinase activity was 48.18%, and the optimal activity inhibition concentration was 5%. The melanogenesis inhibition rate in animal experiments was 37.21%, and the melanin production inhibition rate in combination with Arbutin was 66.38%. Human experiment: 1. Subject self-evaluation: the stain color(30.30%), skin penetration(33.33%), skin whiteness(42.42%) and overall skin tone uniformity(42.42%)of subjects tested side pigmentation area slightly improved after the 1st week of use. After the 8th week for different scoring indicators 9.09%-48.48% of subjects had moderate improvement and 3.03% of them had significant improvement; 54.55% of the subjects had a slight improvement, 39.39% of them had a moderate improvement, and 12.12% of them had a significant improvement after the 12th week. 2. The investigator evaluated that the skin pigmentation spots on the test side of the subjects became lighter after 4 weeks of use, and the uniformity and brightness of the whole skin were improved. The scores were superior to those before use and the control group. The stain improvement was noticeable after 12 weeks of use. 3. Instrument testing: There was no significant difference in skin L* value and melanin value between the test side and the control side target site at the 4th week of the spotted product (P=0.26); From the 8th week to the 12th week of use, the L* value of the skin at the spotted site was higher than that of the control side, and there was a significant difference between them (P<0.05). The melanin value was significantly lower than that before use and the control side (P<0.001). At the 12th week of the spotless site, the L* value of the target site was increased, but there was no difference compared with the control side (P>0.05), and the melanin value was significantly lower than that of the control side (P<0.05). Conclusion The food raw material of Borojo powder is a good whitening agent. The skin care products made by it have the safety and obvious whitening effect, and synergistically enhance the compounding formula with other whitening agents. |
