      目的 建立高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, HPLC-MS/MS)测定蔬菜中13种氨基甲酸酯类农药和杀菌剂残留量的分析方法。方法 样品经乙腈提取, 分散固相萃取净化后, 采用Waters ACQUITY HSS T3色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm, 1.8 μm)分离, 以乙 腈-水(0.05%甲酸)梯度洗脱, 串联质谱测定, 外标法定量。结果 在优化实验条件下, 13种氨基甲酸酯类农药和杀菌剂在0~100 μg/L质量浓度范围内线性良好, 相关系数均大于0.99, 方法的加标回收率为70%~129%。结论 该方法具有样品预处理简单、灵敏度高、分析时间短等优点, 可用于蔬菜中13种氨基甲酸酯类农药和杀菌剂残留的测定。

      Objective To establish an analytical method for determination of 13 kinds of carbamate pesticides and fungicides residues in vegetables by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS). Methods The samples were extracted with acetonitrile, purified by dispersive solid-phase extraction, then were separated on Waters ACQUITY HSS T3 column (100 mm×2.1 mm, 1.8 μm) and eluted with acetonitrile-water (0.05% formic acid) gradient, and determined by tandem mass spectrometry, with the external standard method. Results Under the optimized experimental conditions, the 13 kinds of carbamate pesticides and fungicides were linear in the mass concentration range of 0-100 μg/L, and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.99. The recovery rates of the method were 70%-129%. Conclusion This method has the advantages of simple sample pretreatment, high sensitivity and short analysis time, which can used for the determination of 13 kinds of carbamate pesticides and fungicides in vegetables.
