      风险防范是保障婴幼儿食品安全的第一步, 但是我国婴幼儿食品安全领域风险防范体系建设尚不完善。本文详细介绍了我国现阶段婴幼儿食品安全现状及其领域的法律及标准。通过具体分析婴幼儿食品安全风险防范的现存问题, 针对具体的问题, 提出了构建婴幼儿食品安全防范体系需要注意的问题, 以期为我国建立实施婴幼儿食品安全风险防范体系提供参考, 同时对其他食品安全的风险防范体系的建立也有一定的借鉴意义。
英文摘要:
      Risk prevention is the first step to ensure for infant food safety. However, the construction of risk prevention system in infant food safety in China is still not perfect. This paper introduced in detail the current situation and the laws and standards of infant food safety in China. Through the specific analysis of the existing problems of food safety risk prevention in infants and young children, according to the specific problems, this article put forward to the problems those need to be paid attention to when constructing infant food safety precaution system, in order to provide reference for the establishment of anti-food safety risk prevention system for infants and young children in China, and it also had certain reference significance for the establishment of other food safety risk prevention systems.
