      目的 建立用超高效液相色谱法(ultra performance liquid chromatography, UPLC)同时测定饮料中的山梨酸、苯甲酸、脱氢乙酸、糖精钠和安赛蜜的分析方法。方法 样品中山梨酸、苯甲酸、脱氢乙酸、糖精钠和安赛蜜用水提取, 经BEH C18柱(2.1 mm×100 mm, 1.7 μm)分离, 在波长225 nm处检测。结果 此方法的线性范围是5~100 μg/mL, 回收率为95.5%~100.2%, 相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation, RSD)为1.0%~3.1%。结论 此方法简便快速, 准确可靠, 灵敏度高, 可用于同时检测饮料中的山梨酸、苯甲酸、脱氢乙酸、糖精钠和安赛蜜。

      Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of sorbic acid, benzoic acid, dehydroacetic acid, saccharin sodium and acesulfame in beverages by ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC). Methods Sorbic acid, benzoic acid, dehydroacetic acid, saccharin sodium and acesulfame in samples were extracted in water, and then were separated through BEH C18 (2.1 mm×100 mm, 1.7 μm) and detected at a wavelength of 225 nm. Results The linear range of this method was 5-100 μg/mL, and The recovery rates were 95.5%-100.2% with relative deviation standard (RSD) of 1.0%-3.1%. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, accurate, reliable and sensitive, which can be used for simultaneous detection of sorbic acid, benzoic acid, dehydroacetic acid, sodium saccharin and acesulfame in beverages.
