      目的 评定微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定水产品中铅含量的不确定度。方法 依据JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》, 综合测量结果数学模型和实验过程, 分析不确定度来源, 量化各不确定度分量, 计算合成不确定度, 最终得到铅含量测定的扩展不确定度。结果 当水产品中铅含量的测定结果为0.33 mg/kg时, 在95%的置信区间下, 其扩展不确定度为0.164 μg/g(k=2)。评定结果表明, 实验过程的不确定度主要来源于标准曲线拟合, 仪器重复测量和标准溶液配制。结论 不确定度评定适用于微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定水产品中铅含量的不确定度分析, 对检测结果准确度的提高具有指导意义。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate the uncertainty of determination of lead content in aquatic products by microwave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods According to JJF 1059.1-2012 Measurement uncertainty evaluation and presentation, measurement results mathematical model and experimental process were synthesized, the sources of uncertainty were analyzed, the uncertainties of components were quantified, and the synthetic uncertainty was calculated. Finally, the extended uncertainty of lead content determination was obtained. Results When the lead content was 0.33 mg/kg, the extended uncertainty was 0.164 μg/g (k=2) under the 95% confidence interval. The evaluation results showed that the uncertainties of the experiment were mainly derived from curve fitting, measurement repeatability and standard solution preparation. Conclusion This method is suitable for the evaluation of uncertainty of determination of dexamethasone in milk by microwave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. It is instructive to improve the accuracy of test results.
