      随着《中华人民共和国食品安全法》及《保健食品注册与备案管理办法》的相继出台实施, 历经20余年的保健食品行业翻开了新的篇章。通过对新法规的研习, 本研究列举注册类保健食品在新旧法规中申报及审评的不同之处, 并针对新政的相关要求提出了有关注册申请的几点建议, 旨在协助申请人适应新的保健食品注册环境, 增强行业实力的同时节约审评、审批资源, 进一步推进该行业平稳健康的发展。
英文摘要:
      With the introduction and implementation of the Food safety law of the People's Republic of China and the Measures for the registration and filing of health food, after more than 20 years, the health food industry opened a new chapter. Through the study of the new regulations, this study enumerated the differences in the declaration and evaluation of registered health food in the new and old regulations. According to the relevant requirements of the new policy, some suggestions on registration application were put forward, which is in order to assist the applicants to adapt to the new health food registration environment, enhance the strength of the industry while saving the resources of review and approval, and further promote the steady and healthy development of the industry.
