      目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定5种食品模拟物中偏苯三甲酸酐迁移量的分析方法。方法 以4%(V:V)乙酸溶液、10%(V:V)乙醇溶液、20%(V:V)乙醇溶液、50%(V:V)乙醇溶液、橄榄油分别模拟酸性、水性、酒精类以及油脂类食品, 通过高效液相色谱法(high performance liquid chromatography HPLC)测定食品模拟物中的偏苯三甲酸的含量, 采用外标法定量, 计算出偏苯三甲酸酐的迁移量。结果 各模拟物中加标回收率为96.7%~104.0%, 相对标准偏差为0.2%~3.7%, 水基食品模拟物中该方法的检出限和定量限分别为0.2、 0.5 mg/L, 橄榄油食品模拟物中该方法的检出限和定量限分别为0.2、0.5 mg/kg。结论 该方法具有良好的准确度和精密度, 可以准确测定各种食品接触材料中偏苯三甲酸酐的迁移量。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a method for the determination of concentration of trimellitic anhydride in food simulants by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods The 4% (V:V) acetic acid solution, 10% (V:V) ethanol solution, 20% (V:V) ethanol solution, 50% (V:V) ethanol solution, and olive oil were used to simulate acid, water, and alcohol, respectively. The content of trimellitic acid in the food simulants were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and quantified by external standard method to calculate the migration amount of trimellitic anhydride. Results The recoveries were 96.7%-104.0%, the relative standard deviations were 0.2%-3.7%, and the limits of detection and quantification in water-based food simulants were 0.2 mg/L and 0.5 mg/L, respectively. The detection limit and quantitation limits of the method in olive oil food simulants were 0.2 mg/L and 0.5 mg/kg, respectively. Conclusion This method has good accuracy and precision, which can accurately determine the migration amount of trimellitic anhydride in various food contacting materials.
