      食品安全直接关系广大人民群众的身体健康, 基于经济学角度来看, 食品安全问题实质上还是在于“利益”二字, 属于一个典型的经济学问题, 食品生产企业和个人违法的主要目的还是在于追逐经济利益, 而食品安全监管的实质在于让食品生产企业和个人的违法成本大幅度增加。本文分别从消费者、厂商、政府三个角度来分析了食品安全监管的经济性, 并且深入探讨了我国食品安全监管的经济学对策, 为更好地落实监管工作提供相关参考。
英文摘要:
      Food safety is directly related to the health of the broad masses of the people. From the perspective of economics, the issue of food safety lies in the word "interests", and it belongs to a typical economic problem. The main purpose of food production enterprises and individuals to break the law is to pursue economic interests, while the essence of food safety regulation is to greatly increase the illegal cost of food production enterprises and individuals. This paper analyzed the economics of food safety regulation from the perspective of consumers, manufacturers and government, and probed into the economic countermeasures of food safety regulation in China, in order to provide reference for better implementation of supervision work.
