紫菜是我国东南沿海地区广泛栽培的重要经济海藻, 具有很高的营养价值, 是我国海洋农业和出口创汇的主导品种之一。紫菜产业快速发展的同时, 也面临养殖规模和密度过大, 加工企业重视产量、轻视质量等新的问题。本文概述了我国紫菜产业发展现状, 从紫菜养殖和加工环节分析了紫菜产品质量安全问题, 提出相应质量安全管理措施和建议, 以期对我国紫菜产业可持续发展发挥积极作用。 |

The laver is widely cultivated along Chinese southeast coastal areas, which is an important economic seaweed with high nutritional value, and it is one of the leading varieties of China's marine agriculture and export. With the rapid development of the laver industry, there are also some new issues, such as farming scale and density are too large, processing companies attach importance to production and despise quality and so on. This paper reviewed the current situation of the development of Chinese laver industry, analyzed the quality and safety of laver products from the cultivation and processing of laver, and put forward corresponding quality and safety management measures and recommendations, in order to play a positive role in the sustainable development of Chinese laver industry. |
