      目的 了解江苏省不同来源的副溶血性弧菌菌株的毒力基因携带情况以及分子遗传特征。方法 对江苏省食源性疾病监测病人粪便、疾病暴发和食品监测分离到的副溶血性弧菌进行毒力基因和PFGE分子分型分析。结果 暴发病人分离株92.3%携带毒力基因, 监测病人分离株96.3%携带毒力基因。暴发食品分离菌株30%携带毒力基因, 食品监测分离株不携带毒力基因。101株副溶血性弧菌经PFGE分子分型后, 共形成43个带型模式(P1~P43), 其中P9带型为最主要的带型模式; 按相似度85%为判读标准可分为24个带型簇(cluster), G带型簇为最主要的带型簇(n=55)。结论 病人分离株携带毒力基因的比例远高于食品分离株的比例, 暴发病人分离株与疾病监测病人分离株携带毒力基因的比例无明显差异。PFGE结果显示我省副溶血性弧菌主要为G带型簇, 以P9为主要带型模式, 此带型模式为我省副溶血性弧菌的优势带型, 在我省存在持续的传播。

      Objective To investigate the molecular genetics and virulence distribution characteristics of Vibrio parahaemolyticus from different surveillance in Jiangsu province. Methods The isolates from the surveillance of foodborne disease, the outbreak and food contamination investigation were typed by pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) and polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Results Virulence genes were present in 92.3% of the outbreak isolates and 96.3% of the monitoring isolates. Totally 30% of the outbreak food isolates carries virulence genes, while the food surveillance isolates did not carry any virulence genes. A total of 101 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus had been classified by PFGE, and 43 band patterns (P1-P43) were formed, among which P9 band pattern was the most important. According to the criterion of similarity 85%, there were 24 pattern clusters, and G pattern clusters was the most important cluster (n=55). Conclusion Isolated strains from patients carrying virulence genes are much higher than the isolates from foods. There have been no obvious difference of the positive rate of virulence genes between isolates from patients and the outbreak. The results of PFGE show that there is a mainly G pattern cluster, with P9 as the main gene pattern, and this band pattern is the dominant pattern of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Jiangsu province, and it will be continuous transmission in Jiangsu province.
