目的 建立高效液相色谱(high performance liquid chromatography, HPLC)测定氯化钾口服液中防腐剂羟苯乙酯含量的分析方法。方法 采用Eclipse XDB-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), 甲醇:水(80:20, V:V)为流动相, 流速为1.0 mL/min, 检测波长为254 nm, 柱温为40 ℃。结果 羟苯乙酯在20.16~403.20 μg/mL范围内线性良好, 标准曲线方程为Y=8.18×104X+88.2(r=0.9992), 平均加样回收率为99.22%, 相对标准偏差 (relative standard deviation, RSD)为1.0% (n=6)。结论 该方法简便, 准确可靠, 灵敏度高, 适合用于氯化钾口服液中羟苯乙酯含量测定。 |

Objective To establish a method for the determination of ethylparaben in potassium chloride oral solution by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods The Eclipse XDB-C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was adopted with methanolultrapure water (80:20, V:V) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detective wavelength was 254 nm and the column temperature was 40 ℃. Results Ethylparaben had good linear relationships in the range of 20.16-403.20 μg/mL (Y=8.18×104X+88.2, r=0.9992). The average recoveries of ethylparaben was 99.22%, with the relative standard deviation (RSD) of 1.0% (n=6). Conclusion The method is simple and has high sensitivity, which is suitable for the determination of ethylparaben in potassium chloride oral solution. |
