目的 建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry, ICP-MS)同时测定茶叶中的20种金属元素含量的分析方法。方法 采用硝酸-双氧水微波消解进行前处理, ICP-MS检测的方法进行测定, 并对方法的线性范围、检出限、精密度和回收率等进行考察。结果 各元素在相应的浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系, 相关系数为0.9990~0.9998, 检出限为0.004~5 μg/L, 回收率为89.3%~112.6%, 相对标准偏差为0.36%~3.15%。结论 该方法操作简便, 干扰较小, 灵敏度高, 同时检出限低、精密度高、准确度好, 适用于同时检测茶叶中的20种元素。此外研究发现茶叶中的锰和铝元素含量较高, 建议饮用之前将第一次的茶汤弃去。 |

Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 20 kinds of metal elements in tea by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Methods The samples were treated by microwave digestion with H2O2, and detected by ICP-MS. The linear ranges, limits of detection, precisions and recoveries of the method were investigated. Results Each element had a good linear relationship in the range of the corresponding concentration and the correlation coefficients were 0.9990-0.9998. The limits of detection were 0.004-5 μg/L and the recoveries were 89.3%-112.6% with the relative standard deviations of 0.36%-3.15%. Conclusion The method has the advantages of simple operation, less interference, high sensitivity, low detection limit, high precision and good accuracy, which is suitable for simultaneous detection of 20 elements in tea. In addition, it is found that the contents of manganese and aluminum in tea leaves are high. It is suggested that the first tea soup should be abandoned before drinking. |
