      随着互联网的迅猛发展, 加上人们现代生活节奏的加快, 近几年外卖行业的发展速度和规模令人为之惊叹。人们熟知的饿了么、美团、百度外卖, 被誉为外卖界的三巨头。然而, 任何新兴行业的迅猛崛起, 尤其是与大众生活密切相关的产业, 必然会衍生系列新问题。近几年外卖行业与第三方服务平台暴露出来的食品安全问题也是越来越多。本文以外卖食品安全问题的法律规制作为切入点, 剖析现状、分析问题、挖掘规律, 从法律、审核、监管等多视角提出改进建议。总体来看, 餐饮外卖行业作为一个新兴产业, 前瞻性予以规范, 促其实现良性循环发展。

      In the new era, the internet has developed rapidly, and the pace of life has accelerated. The takeaway industry has also developed rapidly. For example, "Eleme", "Meituan" and "Baidu" takeaway companies are known as three giants of takeaway. However, the rise of new industries will inevitably lead to new problems. In recent years, there are more and more food safety problems exposed by the takeaway industry and the third party service platform. Taking the legal regulation of takeaway food safety as a starting point, this article observed the status quo, analyzed problems, found rules, and put forward suggestions for improvement. Overall, the catering takeaway industry as a new industry, forward-looking norms, can guarantee a virtuous circle development.
