预包装食品标签不仅应符合GB 7718-2011、GB 28050-2011及产品执行标准中对标签标示的规定, 还应同时符合该产品属性、配料、加工工艺等方面涉及的卫计委公告、农业部公告等相关法规的规定。这类法规较为繁杂, 食品生产企业在标签设计时常会对某些规定有所忽略。本文针对大类食品的强制性国家标准、多标准或多条款重叠要求、净含量的标示、公告中的特殊要求等几个方面作了易错点总结。希望对预包装食品标签的设计工作有所帮助。 |

Labels for pre-packaged foods should not only meet the requirements for labelling in GB 7718-2011, GB 28050-2011 and product implementation standards, but also comply with the Health Commissioning Committee's announcement, Ministry of Agriculture announcements and other related regulations, regarding the attributes, ingredients, and processing technology of the product. Those regulations are complex, and food manufacturers often ignore certain rules in label design. This article summarized error-prone points for several categories of mandatory national standards, multi-criteria or multi-item overlap requirements, net content labeling, and special requirements in announcements. It is hoped that this paper will be helpful to the design of prepackaged food labels. |
