亚甲基蓝(methylene blue, MB)属于噻嗪类染料, 在医学治疗和染色试剂等方面的应用具有100多年的历史。在孔雀石绿、结晶紫等三苯甲烷类染料被禁用的情况下, 亚甲基蓝作为替代药物被用于水产品中, 但是其毒性也对水产品以及人类健康也造成了一定的危害。本文主要对亚甲基蓝残留检测方法(液相色谱法、液相色谱-串联质谱法、毛细管电泳法以及电化学方法等)以及其在动物体内的代谢规律进行综述, 以期为亚甲基蓝的科学应用和合理开发提供参考。 |

Methylene blue (MB) is a thiazide dye and has been used for more than 100 years in medical treatment and staining reagents. In the case of the banned use of triphenylmethane dyes such as malachite green and crystal violet, methylene blue is used as an alternative medicine in aquatic products, but its toxicity also causes certain damage to aquatic products and human health. This paper mainly reviewed the methods for the determination of methylene blue residues, including liquid chromatography, liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, capillary electrophoresis, electrochemical methods, etc. and their metabolism in animals, in order to provide reference for the scientific application and reasonable development of methylene blue. |
