      目的 建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定农产食品中14种真菌类生物毒素的分析方法。 方法 样品经乙腈-水溶液提取后, Mycosep? 226多功能净化柱净化后, 利用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱测定, 正负离子同时扫描, 多反应监测模式同时测定14种生物毒素, 外标法定量。结果 该方法在0.3~20 μg/L的浓度范围内的线性相关系数较好(r2>0.9990), 定量限范围为0.3~1.5 μg/kg, 3个水平的平均加标回收率范围为71.7%~96.1%, 相对标准偏差范围为3.35%~7.93%。结论 该方法操作简单、快速准确、干扰小, 适用于农产食品中14种生物毒素的检测。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 14 kinds of fungal biotoxins in agricultural products and foods by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS). Methods The sample was extracted with acetonitrile-water solutions purified by using a Mycosep? 226 multipurpose purification column, determined by UPLC-MS/MS with multiple reaction monitoring mode through positive and negative ions scan and quantified by external standard method. Results The linear correlation coefficient of this method was better in the concentration range of 0.3-20 μg/L with r2>0.9990, and the limits of quantization ranged from 0.3-1.5 μg/kg. The average recoveries were 71.7%-96.1% at 3 spiked levels with the relative standard deviation of 3.35%-7.93%. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, accurate and has little interference, which is suitable for the detection of 14 kinds of biological toxins in agricultural products and foods.
