      目的 建立气相色谱法(gas chromatography, GC)同时测定白酒中甲醇、正丙醇、正丁醇、异丁醇、异戊醇、乙酸乙酯、丙酸乙酯、乳酸乙酯、己酸乙酯、β-苯乙醇10种常见微量成分的分析方法。方法 样品直接进样, Agilent19095N-123毛细管柱(0.530 mm×30 m, 1 μm)为色谱柱, 检测器温度为250 ℃; 进样量为 10 μL, 外标法定量。结果 在18 min内完成10种化合物的分离, 出峰良好、分离佳。10种微量成分在各自的线性范围内, 线性关系良好, 相关系数r大于0.996, 检出限在0.12~0.21 mg/L, 回收率为95.0%~98.9%, 相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation, RSD)为0.1%~8.4%。结论 该方法回收率高, 前处理简单、快速, 适合白酒中常见微量成分的同时测定。

      Objective To establish a gas chromatography method for the simultaneous determination of 10 kinds of common trace components including methanol, n-propanol, n-butyl alcohol, iso-butyl alcohol, isoamyl alcohol, ethyl acetate, ethyl propionate, ethyl lactate, diethyl hexanoate and β-phenyl ethanol in liquor. Methods Samples were directly injected. The Agilent19095N-123 capillary column (0.530 mm×30 m, 1 μm) as chromatographic column with a detector temperature of 250 ℃, the sampling amount was 10 μL, and the external standard method was quantified. Results The separation of 10 compounds was completed within 18 min, the peak was good and the separation was good. The linearity of the 10 trace components was good in their respective linear ranges with r>0.996. The limits of detection were in 0.12-0.21 mg/L. The recoveries were 95.0%-98.9%, and the relative standard deviations (RSD) were 0.1%-8.4%. Conclusion The method has high recovery rate, simple and rapid pretreatment, which is suitable for simultaneous determination of common trace components in liquor.
