随着公众对食品安全的关注越来越多, 食品安全满意度水平已成为影响政府相关部门和食品行业发展的重要影响因素。本文综述了食品安全满意度的研究流程, 找出研究体系中的不足并进行完善能够帮助获得全面的食品安全满意度影响因素及其影响机制, 对提升食品安全满意度、改善居民生活质量有着重要意义。结合现状, 总结分析相关文献发现调查方法的选用与受试者范围选择、问卷内容设计和数据分析及评价体系构建等调查过程中均存在一定的不足, 这些不足为全国食品安全满意度调查结果的汇总与满意度水平对比带来一定的困难。通过改善调查方式、细化人口学特征类别、消除问卷中的敏感性问题, 建立统一的调查维度与评分标准、构建方程模型标准等措施能够对解决食品安全满意度研究体系中的现存问题具有积极作用, 同时有利于我国食品安全满意度研究体系的发展与统一。 |

With more and more public attention to food safety, food safety satisfaction level has become an important factor influencing the development of relevant government departments and the food industry. This paper summarized the research process of food safety satisfaction, and found out the shortcomings and improvement of the research system, which could help to obtain the influencing factors and the mechanism of the overall food safety satisfaction. Understanding the research process of food safety satisfaction, finding out the deficiencies in the research system and improving them could help to obtain comprehensive food safety satisfaction influencing factors and their impact mechanisms. Combining the status quo, summarizing and analyzing the relevant literatures, there were certain deficiencies in the survey process in the selection of survey methods and subject selection, questionnaire content design, data analysis and evaluation system construction. These deficiencies had brought certain difficulties for the summary of the national food safety satisfaction survey results and the comparison of satisfaction levels. By improving the method of investigation, refining the classification of demographic characteristics and eliminating the sensitivity of the questionnaire, the establishment of a unified survey dimension and grading standard and the establishment of the standard model of the equation model could play an active role in solving the existing problems in the research system of food safety satisfaction. At the same time, it was beneficial to the development and unification of China's food safety satisfaction research system. |
