      目的 建立自动石墨消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时检测发酵面制品中的铅、砷、镍、铝、铬元素。方法 采用微波消解技术进行样品消化, 电感耦合等离子体质谱仪对消化后的样品进行检测, 内标法进行定量分析。结果 5种元素质量浓度在0.2~30 μg/L范围内呈现良好的线性, 相关系数(r2)均不低于0.995; 检出限为铅6.1 μg/kg、砷0.32 μg/kg、镍5.4 μg/kg、铝12.3 μg/kg、铬2.4 μg/kg; 各元素加标回收率在85%~110%之间; 重复性相对标准偏差在5.0%以内(n=6)。结论 该方法前处理简单、检出限低、重复性好、检测结果准确, 可用于发酵面制品中的铅、砷、镍、铝、铬的检测。

      Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of lead, arsenic, nickel, aluminum and chromium in fermented flour products by automatic graphite digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Methods Samples were digested by microwave digestion, determined by ICP-MS and quantified by internal standard method. Results Five elements had good linear relationships in the range 0.2~ 30 μg/L, and the correlation coefficients were all above 0.995. The limits of detection of lead, arsenic, nickel, aluminum and chromium were 6.1, 0.32, 5.4, 12.3 and 2.4 μg/kg, respectively. The recoveries were ranged from 85%-110%. The repetitive relative standard deviations were less than 5% (n=6). Conclusion This method is simple in pretreatment, and has low detection limit, good repeatability and accurate test result, which can be used for the simultaneous detection of lead, arsenic, nickel, aluminum and chromium in fermented flour products.
