      目的 比较分析Thermo Scientific Gallery全自动生化分析仪和铬酸钡分光比色法测定水中硫酸盐的方法。方法 用Thermo Scientific Gallery全自动生化分析仪和GB8538-2016中铬酸钡分光比色法测定水中硫酸盐的含量, 从精密度、回收率和检出限等方面进行方法学考察, 采用单因素方差分析进行比较。 结果 Gallery全自动生化分析仪的回收率为98.4%~104.2%, 检出限为1.2 mg/L; GB 8538-2016 铬酸钡分光比色法的回收率为93.4%~100.6%, 检出限为5 mg/L, 2种方法的精密度和准确度并没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。 结论 与铬酸钡分光比色法相比, Gallery全自动生化分析仪检测水中硫酸盐准确度较高、重复性较好, 样品和试剂消耗量少, 而且其操作简单, 适合用于相关水质企业和检验机构大批量样品的检测。
英文摘要:
      Objective To compare Thermo Scientific Gallery automatic discrete analyzer and barium chromate spectrophotometry for the determination of sulfate in water. Methods The content of sulfate in water was determined by Thermo Scientific Gallery automatic discrete analyzer and barium chromate spectrophotometry in GB 8538-2016. The limits of detection, the precisions, and the recoveries were investigated and compared, and comparisons were made using one-way analysis of variance. Results The recovery of Thermo Scientific Gallery automatic discrete analyzer and barium chromate spectrophotometry were 98.4%-104.2% and 93.4%-100.2% and the limit of detection were 1.2 mg/L and 5 mg/L, respectively. There was no significant difference in the precision and accuracy of the 2 methods (P>0.05). Conclusion Compared with the barium chromate spectrophotometry, Gallery automatic biochemical analyzer has higher accuracy, better repeatability, lower sample and reagent consumption, and simple operation, which is suitable for the determination of large quantities of samples by related water quality companies and inspection agencies.
