      目的 建立离子色谱法测定蔬菜中硫氰酸盐的方法。方法 样品采用纯水超声提取, 提取液离心后直接过膜进样分析, 然后采用IonPac AS16离子分析柱进行分离, 电导检测器进行检测, 梯度洗脱, 外标法定量。结果 本方法在0.2~5.0 mg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系, 相关系数为0.9999, 检出限为0.01 mg/L, 方法回收率为97.0%~99.2%, 相对标准偏差为1.5%~2.1%。结论 该方法简单快速、定量准确, 适合于蔬菜中硫氰酸盐的检测要求。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a method for determination of thiocyanate in vegetables by ion chromatography. Methods The sample was extracted by ultrasonic assisted with ultrapure water and analyzed through the millipore filter after centrifuged as pre-treatment technology. Then the samples were separated with an IonPac AS16 anion analysis column by gradient elution, detected by conductivity detector, and quantified by external standard method. Results Under the optimal conditions, the calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.2- 5.0 mg/L with correlation coefficient of 0.9999. The limit of detection was 0.01 mg/L, and the recoveries were in the range of 97.0%-99.2% with relative standard deviations of 1.5%-2.1%. Conclusion This method is accurate, simple and reliable, which is suitable for determination of thiocyanate in vegetables.
