      目的 比较全自动蒸馏仪蒸汽蒸馏与直火加热蒸馏测定二氧化硫的效果。方法 坚果类和蜜饯凉果类样品用全自动蒸馏仪蒸汽蒸馏与直火加热蒸馏分别处理, 按国标方法蒸馏滴定法测定样品中的二氧化硫, 比较2种蒸馏方式测定结果。结果 全自动蒸馏仪蒸汽蒸馏与直火加热蒸馏检测结果一致, 经统计学处理, 差异无显著性(P>0.05)。全自动蒸馏仪蒸汽蒸馏加标回收率为68.18%~99.45%, 相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation, RSD)为2.51%~6.10%。结论 全自动蒸馏仪用于检测食品样品中二氧化硫的蒸馏, 蒸馏时间短, 操作简便, 结果符合国标要求。该方法检测效率高, 可以减小因实验操作步骤繁琐而造成的结果误差, 更适用于检测机构日常繁重的检测实验中。
英文摘要:
      Objective To compare the results of determination of sulfur dioxide by automatic steam distillation and direct-fire heating distillation. Methods The samples of nuts and preserves were treated by automatic steam distillation and direct-fire heating distillation, respectively. The sulfur dioxide in the sample was determined by the national standard method of distillation titration, and the results of 2 distillation methods were compared. Results The results by automatic steam distillation apparatus and direct-fire heating distillation had no significant statistical difference (P>0.05). The recovery rates of automatic steam distillation were 68.18%-99.45%, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 2.51%-6.10%. Conclusion The automatic steam distillation is used to detect the distillation of sulfur dioxide in food samples. The distillation time is short, the operation is simple, and the results accord with the national standard. The method has high detection efficiency and can reduce the result error caused by the cumbersome experimental operation steps, which is suitable for the daily heavy inspection of the testing institutions.
