      目的 建立一种酶联免疫吸附法(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, ELISA)快速检测饲料中赭曲霉毒素A快速的方法。方法 样品采用60%的甲醇溶液提取, 提取液经过离心、快速滤纸过滤后, 用稀释缓冲溶液按10倍的比例对提取液进行稀释即为试样液, 采用酶联免疫吸附方法进行检测。结果 在加标浓度为25、50和100 μg/kg的加标水平下, 赭曲霉毒素A在饲料中的加标回收率为88.4%~134.6%, 变异系数为3.5%~6.9%。抽取10份样品进行检测, 赫曲霉毒素A含量在14.1~38.2 μg/kg。符合国家的标准GB 13078-2017对饲料中赫曲霉毒素A含量的规定。结论 本方法灵敏度高、快速简便, 适用于饲料中赭曲霉毒素A的快速批量检测。

      Objective To establish a method for detection of ochratoxin A in feed by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Methods The sample was extracted by 60% methanol solution. After the extraction solution was filtered by centrifugation and rapid filter paper, it was diluted with dilute buffer solution at 10 times to be the sample solution, and ELISA was used for the detection. Results At the spiked levels of 25, 50 and 100 μg/kg, the recoveries were 88.4%-134.6%, and the variation coefficient was 3.5%-6.9%. The content of ochratoxin A in 10 samples were was 14.1-38.2 g/kg, which were under minimum limit of GB 13078-2017. Conclusion This method is sensitive and fast, which is suitable for rapid detection of ochracrotoxin A in feed.
