      烟叶致香成分是评价烟叶品质的重要指标, 通过研究烟叶陈化过程中的致香成分种类和含量的变化, 监控烟叶质量以及掌控烟叶陈化的最佳时期, 提高经济效益。烟叶致香成分众多、组分复杂、含量低, 采用合适的前处理方法和分析检测方法尤为重要。本文简要介绍了烟叶致香成分及其陈化过程中致香成分的变化, 重点从前处理、分析检测、化学计量学辅助分析等方面综述了烟叶中致香成分分析的研究进展, 比较了同时蒸馏萃取、固相微萃取、液液微萃取等前处理方法, 气相色谱、气相色谱-质谱、全二维气相色谱-飞行时间质谱等分析检测方法的原理、优点和不足。最后, 总结了烟叶中致香成分分析的发展趋势。
英文摘要:
      The aroma components of tobacco leaves are important indexes to evaluate the quality of tobacco leaves. Through the study of the variety and content of aromatic constituents in the aging process of tobacco leaf, the quality of tobacco leaf was monitored and the best time to control tobacco leaf aging was monitored, and the economic benefits were improved. Tobacco leaves have many aroma compositions, complex compositions and low content. It is very important to adopt appropriate pretreatment methods and analytical methods. This paper briefly introduced the changes of aroma components in tobacco leaves and their aging process, with emphasis on previous treatment, analysis and analysis of chemical metrology, also reviewed the research progress in the analysis of aromatic components in tobacco leaves, and compared the principles, advantages and disadvantages of pretreatment methods (distillation extraction, solid-phase microextraction and liquid-liquid microextraction) and analysis methods (gas chromatography, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, full two-dimensional gas chromatography-flight time mass spectrometry). Finally, it summarized the development trend of aromatic composition analysis in tobacco leaves.
