      随着经济水平和国民消费水平的提高, 境内旅游成为普遍的休闲娱乐方式。国内旅游业作为服务旅游消费群体的第三产业, 为游客提供出行、餐饮、住宿、休闲、娱乐等全方位的综合服务。而旅游中食品问题更是头等要事, 旅游食品安全问题是食品安全领域长期忽视的重要部分, 近几年国内食品安全问题频发, 构建旅游食品安全保障体系已经成为不可回避的问题。构建安全保障体系关乎旅游业整体服务形象, 也是国民经济稳定发展的重要保障。本文从国内旅游食品安全角度出发, 结合国外食品安全监控体系, 从流通、监管环节构建国内旅游食品安全保障体系, 对国内食品安全流通领域监管失效进行分析, 找出保障体系的薄弱环节, 结合旅游业发展现状, 对相关制度进行完善, 提高旅游业整体服务形象。

      With the improvement of economy level and national consumption level, domestic tourism has become a popular form of entertainment. As the third industry of service tourism consumer group, domestic tourism provides tourists with comprehensive services such as travel, catering, accommodation, leisure and entertainment, and the food problem is priority in tourism. Tourist food safety issues are an important part of long-term neglect food safety field, domestic food safety issues have occurred frequently in recent years, and the construction of tourism food safety guarantee system has become an inevitable problem. The construction of the security system is related to the overall service image of the tourism industry and is also an important guarantee for the stable development of the national economy. From the perspective of domestic tourism food safety, this paper combined with the foreign food safety monitoring system, to construct the system of domestic tourism from circulation and food safety supervision, analyzed food safety supervision failure in the field of domestic circulation, found out the weak links of security system, so as to perfect the related system and improve the tourism industry as a whole service image, combining with the current situations of tourism development.
