      目的 探讨γ射线辐射对溶液中交链孢菌酮酸(tenuazonic acid, TeA)的降解效果, 为辐射技术用于控制食品中的真菌毒素提供理论及实践依据。方法 以TeA标准溶液确定高效液相色谱(high performance liquid chromatography, HPLC)检测方法的线性关系、检测限、定量限和精密度; 采用60Co γ射线辐射降解溶液中的TeA, 基于HPLC方法研究辐照剂量、初始浓度、溶剂组成和辐照剂量率对溶液中TeA的降解效果及其降解规律。结果 当TeA标准溶液浓度在0.05~5 μg/mL范围时, TeA浓度与液相色谱峰面积间线性方程为Y=110.46X+0.3044, 决定系数为0.9999。方法的检测限为0.008 μg/mL、定量限为0.02 μg/mL, 仪器精密度的相对标准偏差小于2%。辐照剂量、溶液中TeA的初始浓度、溶剂组成以及辐照剂量率均影响溶液中TeA的降解率。以纯甲醇为溶剂的TeA降解率远低于溶剂中含有水的TeA降解率。在低辐照剂量率处理条件下, 溶液中TeA的降解效果明显高于高辐射剂量率中的降解效果。结论 γ射线辐射对溶液中的TeA具有良好的降解效果, 为后续去除复杂食品基质中的TeA污染提供了理论支撑。

      Objective To investigate the degradation effects of the radiation in the solution of the tenuazonic acid (TeA) in the solution, and provide a theoretical and practical radiation technology in controlling mycotoxins in food. Methods The linear relationship, limit of detection, limit of quantitation and precision of high performance liquid chromatography were determined by the standard aqueous solution of TeA. Radiation doses, initial concentration, solvent and dose rates were studied to evaluate the influences of TeA under the irradiation of 60Co γ-rays. Results When the concentration of TeA standard solution was in the range of 0.05-5 g/mL, the linear equation between TeA concentration and liquid chromatography peak area was Y=110.46X+0.3044, and the determination coefficient was 0.9999. The limit of detection was 0.008 μg/mL, the limit of quantitation was 0.02 μg/mL, and the relative standard deviation of the precision of the instrument was less than 2%. The degradation rate of TeA in the solution was influenced by the initial concentration of TeA, the composition of the solvent and the radiation dose rate. The TeA degradation rate with pure methanol as solvent was far lower than that in the solvent containing water. In the low dose rate conditions, the degradation effect of TeA in solution was significantly higher than that of high radiation dose rate. Conclusion 60Co γ-rays irradiation has a good degradation effect on TeA in solution, which can provide a theoretical support for the subsequent removal of TeA pollution in the complex food matrix.
