      目的 建立反相高效液相色谱法(high performance liquid chromatography, HPLC)测定保健食品中功效成分腺苷。方法 样品中腺苷经85%的甲醇溶液加热回流提取, C18反相柱分离, 在波长260 nm处进样检测。结果 在5.045~252.250 μg/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系, 回归方程是Y=27281X?57639, 相关系数r=0.9999, 检出限为0.5 μg/mL(S/N=3), 此方法的回收率为91.5%~97.7%, 相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation, RSD)为1.5%~2.8%。结论 此方法简便快速, 准确可靠, 可用于各类保健食品中腺苷含量的测定。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a method for determination of adenosine of functional ingredients in health food by reversed phase-high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Method The adenosine from sample was heating refluxed by 85% methanol, and then separated by C18 column and detected at the wavelength of 260 nm. Results There was a good linear relationship in the range of 5.045-252.250 μg/mL. The regression equation was Y=27281X?57639, with the correlation coefficient (r) of 0.9999, and the limit of detection was 0.5 μg/mL (S/N=3). The recoveries were 91.5%-97.7%, and relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 1.5%-2.8%. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable, which can be used for the determination of adenosine content in all kinds of health food.
