      目的 建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(ultra performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, UPLC-MS/MS)测定塑料管材中三甲基氯化锡(trimethyltin chloride, TMT)含量的分析方法并分析其污染状况。方法 使用乙酸乙酯对塑料样品中的TMT进行提取, 提取液经氮气吹干后, 以甲醇水溶液复溶并过膜处理。经C18色谱柱完成分离, 在串联质谱仪上采用多反应监测正离子模式测定三甲基氯化锡, 外标法定量。结果 三甲基氯化锡的浓度在1.0~100.0 μg/L范围内, 线性关系良好(相关系数r=0.9999), 检出限0.2 μg/L。添加三甲基氯化锡浓度分别为2.0、10.0、50.0 μg/L时测定结果的标准偏差(relative standard deviation, RSD)小于7.0%, 加标回收率为86.5%~93.4%。结论 本方法检测结果准确, 重现性较好, 适用于对塑料管材中污染物三甲基氯化锡的检测。

      Objective To establish a method for determination of the contamination of trimethyltin chloride in plastic pipes by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) and analyze its pollution status. Methods The TMT extracted from the plastic tubes with ethyl acetate, the extract was evaporated to dryness with nitrogen, redissolved with methanol solution, and the solution was filtered through the membrane. The samples were separated with the C18 column, detected by UPLC-MS/MS in positive ion electrospray and MRM mode, and quantified by external standard method. Results The concentration of trimethyltin chloride in the range of 1.0-100.0 μg/L had a good linear relationship (r=0.9999), and the detection limit was 0.2 μg/L. The relative standard deviation was less than 7.0%. The addition levels of trimethyltin chloride at concentrations of 2.0, 10.0, and 50.0 μg/L, the recoveries were 86.5%-93.4.%. Conclusion The method has accurate detection results and good reproducibility, and it is suitable for the detection of trimethyltin chloride in plastic pipes.
