      酶固定化的载体材料必须与酶的非催化活性基团发生有效结合方能使固定化酶发挥其催化酶解作用, 载体材料的确定是酶的固定化技术关键。随着化学工业的不断进步, 研发出众多具有特殊结构且功能各异的新材料, 推动了载体固定化酶技术的发展。结合目前固定化酶技术的研究现状和应用情况, 本文介绍了酶的固定化载体常用的高分子材料、磁性材料、纳米材料和介孔材料的研究现状, 比较了上述材料与酶的结合机制。简述了固定化酶的制备方法和应用形式, 并对固定化酶载体材料的研究进展进行了总结, 以期对酶的固定化材料研究提供参考。
英文摘要:
      The carrier material of enzyme immobilization must be effectively combined with the enzyme's non-catalytic active group so that immobilized enzyme can play its catalytic enzymolysis. The determination of carrier materials is the key for the immobilization of enzyme. With the continuous progress of the chemical industry, many new materials with special structure and different functions have been developed, and the development of vector immobilized enzyme technology has been promoted. Combining the research status and applications of the immobilized enzyme technology, the research status of common macromolecule materials, magnetic materials, nanomaterials and mesoporous materials were introduced, and the mechanism of the combination of the above materials and enzyme was compared. The preparation and application of immobilized enzyme were briefly described, the research progress of immobilized enzyme carrier materials was summarized, so as to provide references for the study of enzyme immobilization materials.
