      目的 了解新疆库尔勒市鸡肉沙门氏菌污染状况和沙门氏菌分离株对常用抗菌药物的耐药性。方法 参考食品安全国家标准GB 4789.4-2010, 利用生化反应与普通PCR 方法结合进行沙门氏菌分离鉴定, 采用微量肉汤稀释法进行常见抗菌药物敏感试验。结果 180 份鸡肉样品共检出沙门氏菌阳性样品27 份, 分离鉴定到阳性沙门氏菌28 株, 污染率为15.00%; 10 种抗生素药物敏感试验表明: 沙门氏菌分离菌株对甲氧苄啶的耐药率高达100%, 氯霉素为89.30%、磺胺异噁唑为85.70%, 四环素为78.60%、氨苄西林为71.40%、阿莫西林为71.40%、链霉素为64.30%、环丙沙星为53.60%, 对诺氟沙星和氟苯尼考的耐药率低于50%, 分别为32.10%和25.00%。结论 新疆库尔勒市鸡肉中沙门氏菌存在一定程度的污染, 耐药状况比较严重。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the contamination of Salmonella in chicken in Korla city of Xinjiang and the drug resistance of isolated strains. Methods According to the National food safety standard GB 4789.4-2010,biochemical reaction combined common PCR method was used to isolate and identify Salmonella. The micro-broth dilution method was also used to carry out the susceptibility test of antimicrobial agents. Results Total of 27 positive samples of Salmonella were detected and 28 strains of Salmonella were isolated and identified from 180 collected chicken samples, and the pollution rate was 15.00%. Totally 28 strains of Salmonella had the highest drug resistance to trimethoprim (100%), followed by chloramphenicol (89.30%), sulfonamide (85.70%), tetracycline(78.60%), ampicillin (71.40%), amoxicillin (71.40%), streptomycin (64.30%), ciprofloxacin (53.60%). The drug resistance rates of norfloxacin and fluorouracil were lower than 50%, which were 32.10%, 25.00%, respectively.Conclusion There is a certain degree of contamination of Salmonella in chicken in Korla city of Xinjiang and the drug resistance is very serious.
