      目的 评定高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, HPLC-MS/MS)测定茭白中甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐残留量方法的不确定度。方法 按照测量不确定度的方法和程序, 分析不确定度的来源, 并对HPLC-MS/MS法测定茭白中甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐残留量的不确定度各分量进行量化与合成。结果 当茭白中甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐残留量为0.12 mg/kg时, 其扩展不确定度为0.04 mg/kg, 甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐残留量表示为(0.12±0.04) mg/kg (k=2)。结论 影响其不确定度的主要因素为系列标准溶液的配制、重复性实验和标准储备溶液的配制等过程, 本方法可为高效液相色谱-串联质谱法的不确定评定提供依据。

      Objective To evaluate the uncertainty in the determination of emamectin benzoate residues in the water bamboo by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS). Methods According to the method and program of uncertainty measurement, the sources of uncertainty were analyzed, and each component of uncertainty was quantified and synthesized. Results The expanded uncertainty was 0.04 mg/kg when emamectin benzoate content in water bamboo was 0.12 mg/kg, the result was expressed as (0.12+0.04) mg/kg (k=2). Conclusion The preparation of standard series of solutions, repeatability experiments and preparation of standard reserve solution are found to be the main sources of uncertainty. This study can provide references for uncertainty evaluation of HPLC-MS/MS analysis.
