目的 提升检验人员检测生活饮用水中微生物的能力, 增强实验室的竞争力。方法 依据能力验证参试指导书和国家标准GB/T 5750.12-2006《生活饮用水标准检验方法 微生物指标》的要求, 分别对1#、2#菌落总数样品, 3#、4#总大肠菌群、耐热大肠菌群、大肠埃希氏菌样品和5#、6#总大肠菌群、大肠埃希菌样品进行检验。结果 6个样品|Z|≤2, 均取得满意结果。结论 通过参加能力验证, 可依据中期报告总结各方法间的优劣, 依据Z值结果分析实验过程中存在的问题, 也可评价检验员的业务能力水平, 因此参加能力验证可有效地提高实验室的检验能力。 |

Objective To strengthen the detection capability for microbiological parameters in drinking water and improve the competition ability of laboratory. Methods According to working instruction and GB 5750.12-2005 Standard examination methods for drinking water-Microbiological parameters. Samples of 1# and 2# standard plate-count bacteria inspect sample, 3# and 4# total coliform, thermotolerant coliform bacteria and Escherchia coli inspect sample, and 5#and 6# total coliform and Escherchia coli inspect sample were tested, respectively. Results The |Z| values of 6 samples were less than or equal to 2, and satisfactory results were obtained. Conclusion Through the participation capacity verification, the advantages and disadvantages of each method can be summarized according to the interim report. According to the Z value results, the problems in the experiment process can be analyzed, and the professional ability of inspectors also can be evaluated. Therefore, participation in proficiency testing can effectively improve the laboratory's testing capability. |
