      食品检验机构实验室取得资质认定的过程中不仅要有硬件投入和人员队伍, 还要有完善的质量管理体系。实施国家认可的目的为有效提高实验室管理水平和技术水平, 使其检验检测数据被政府和社会广泛认可。现以榆林市食品检验检测中心顺利通过中国合格评定国家认可委员会(China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment, CNAS)评审专家认可工作为例, 作者全程参与实验室资质认定准备工作, 对其取得国家认可的过程有着较为深刻的认识。现根据经验及其个人总结首先介绍了食品检验机构CNAS认证的必要性, 重点探讨了实验室资质认定评审工作中实验室项目建设、资质认定准备、现场评审以及评审后整改工作等4个方面, 旨在探讨如何做好资质认定准备工作, 并为相关机构取得国家认可提供借鉴意义。

英文摘要:

      In the process of qualification certification, the food inspection agency laboratory should not only have hardware input and personnel team, but also have perfect quality management system. The purpose of implementing national accreditation is to effectively improve the laboratory management level and technical level, so as to make its inspection and testing data widely recognized by the government and society. Taking Yulin Food Inspection and Testing Center as an example, it has successfully passed the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), the author participated in the whole process of laboratory qualification certification preparation and had a deep understanding of the process of obtaining national accreditation. According to the experience and personal summary, this paper introduced the necessity of CNAS certification in food inspection institutions, and mainly discussed 4 aspects of laboratory project construction, qualification determination preparation, on-site evaluation and post-evaluation rectification, which is in order to investigate how to make preparations for qualification authentication, and also provides references for relevant institutions to obtain national recognition.
