      目的 建立和优化分光光度法检测魁蚶中牛磺酸含量的方法。方法 以吸光度为响应值, 研究显色剂、显色时间、显色温度各因素的交互作用及对牛磺酸回收率的影响, 确定分光光度法测定魁蚶加工副产物牛磺酸含量的最优条件。结果 本方法的线性检测范围为20~300 μg/mL, 检测条件如下: 显色剂为乙酰丙酮:37%甲醛:1 mol/L 乙酸钠(1:0.3:4, V:V:V), 显色时间9 min, 显色温度60 ℃, 检测波长330 nm。结论 该法重现性好、操作简单、检测时间短, 可用于魁蚶等贝类中牛磺酸含量的测定。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish and optimize spectrophotometric method for detection of taurine content in Scapharca broughtonii. Methods The interaction of chromogenic agent, chromogenic time, chromogenic temperature and the effects on the recovery of taurine were studied by using absorption value as the response value. The optimum conditions for the determination of taurine were confirmed by the spectrophotometric method. Results The linear detection range of this method was 20~300 μg/mL. Test conditions were as follows: chromogenic agent was acetyl acetone: 37% formaldehyde: 1 mol/L sodium acetate (1:0.3:4, V:V:V), chromogenic time was 9 min,chromogenic temperature was 60 ℃, and detection wavelength was 330 nm. Conclusion This method has good reproducibility, simple operation and short detection time, which can be used in the determination of taurine content in shellfish.
