      目的 采用液相色谱-原子荧光光谱法(liquid chromatography-atomic fluorescence spectrometry,LC-AFS)法测定紫菜中无机砷含量, 比较不同浓度提取剂在不同超声提取条件下提取紫菜中无机砷效果, 确立紫菜样品无机砷提取方法。方法 采用正交试验的方法分析比较不同浓度提取剂在不同超声提取条件下提取紫菜中无机砷效果。结果 实验表明, 当硝酸浓度为0.15 mol/L, 超声提取时间为60 min, 超声提取温度为60 ℃时, 提取效果最好。AsⅢ、AsⅤ回收率分别为87.5%~110%和88.5%~106%, 精密度分别为9.56%和8.31%。结论 该方法检测准确、可靠, 具有良好的精密度, 适用于紫菜无机砷的提取、检测。
英文摘要:
      Objective To determinatethe inorganic arsenic in laver by liquid chromatography-atomic fluorescence spectrometry (LC-AFS), compare the ultrasonic extraction effects of different concentrations of extraction agent on extraction of inorganic arsenic in laver, and establish the extraction method of inorganic arsenic from laver samples. Methods The orthogonal experiment was used to compare the effects of different concentrations of extraction agent in different ultrasonic extraction conditions on extraction of inorganic arsenic in laver. Results The experiment showed that the extraction effect was the best when the concentration of nitric acid was 0.15 mol/L, the ultrasonic extraction time was 60 min, and the ultrasonic extraction temperature was 60 ℃. The recovery rates of AsIII and AsV were 87.5%-110% and 88.5%-106%, respectively, and the precisions were 9.56% and 8.31%, respectively. Conclusion The method is accurate, reliable, and has good precision, which is suitable for extraction and detection of inorganic arsenic in laver.
