目的 了解烟台居民膳食来源总砷暴露量, 评价其潜在健康风险。方法 按照GB 5009.11-2014中第二法氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定总砷含量, 采用危害商数判定其膳食暴露风险, 依据美国环保总署给定的剂量-效应模型, 进行人体健康风险评价。结果 烟台市居民摄入的主要食物中总砷的平均含量为 0.75 mg/kg, 其中藻类的总砷含量最高, 居民膳食来源总砷的日均膳食暴露量为0.00166 mg/(kg?d)。藻类、水产品、鲜蔬菜, 谷物及制品是烟台居民膳食总砷暴露的主要来源, 其贡献率分别为28.16%、24.31%、7.64%、3.93%。居民膳食来源总砷暴露的HQ远小于1, 参照无机砷致癌风险因子计算, 膳食来源总砷导致的疾病负担高于10?6人/年的参考水平。结论 烟台居民膳食来源总砷暴露量处在可接受安全范围, 但其存在的风险、导致的疾病负担高于参考水平值。 |

Objective To calculate the dietary exposure dose of total arsenic for Yantai inhabitant, and assess potential health risk. Methods The total arsenic was detected by hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry which was the second method of GB 5009.11-2014. Hazard quotient was used to determine the dietary exposure risk, and the health risk assessment dose-effect model made by United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) was used to assess health risk. Results The average concentration of total arsenic in the main food of Yantai inhabitant was 0.75 mg/kg and the content in algae was the highest. The average daily dose of total arsenic was 0.00166 mg/(kg?d). Algae, aquatic products, fresh vegetables, and cereals were the main sources for total arsenic dietary exposure of Yantai residents, whose contribution rates were 28.16%, 24.31%, 7.64% and 3.93%, respectively. The total arsenic dietary exposure value of hazard quotient of Yantai residents was far less than 1, but the disease burden caused by total arsenic via dietary exposure was higher than the reference level of 10?6 people per annum that was calculated based on the cancer risk factor of inorganic arsenic. Conclusion Although the total arsenic dietary exposure dose of Yantai residents is safe and at acceptable level, the disease hazard and burden are higher than the reference level. |
