      目的 全面了解湖北省消费者对淡水产品质量安全的看法和满意程度, 促进湖北省淡水产品市场的可持续发展。方法 以湖北省淡水产品为研究对象, 采取问卷调查的方式对消费者的淡水产品消费行为、消费决策、安全风险担忧程度以及公众对相关媒体报道信息的认知情况开展调查。结果 大多数湖北省居民对淡水产品的安全持担心态度, 并认为最大的安全隐患是养殖环节。结论 建议有关部门加强监管与处罚力度, 有效解决淡水产品安全问题。

英文摘要:

      Objective To understand the consumers' views on the quality and safety of freshwater products in Hubei province and promote the sustainable development of the freshwater products market in Hubei province. Methods Taking freshwater products in Hubei province as the research object, a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate consumers’ behavior of decision-making, risk awareness and the public's cognition of relevant media reports. Results Most residents in Hubei province were worried about the safety of freshwater products and they believed that the biggest potential safety hazard was breed aquaculture. Conclusion It is necessary for relevant departments to strengthen supervision and punishment to solve the safety problem of freshwater products effectively.
