      目的 评价我国检测实验室对饮料中甲胺磷、马拉硫磷、杀螟硫磷农药残留的检测水平。方法 计划中使用的能力验证测试样品参考二级标准物质制备方法制备, 采用单因子方差分析法和ISO13528:2005《利用实验室间比对进行能力验证的统计方法》中附录B稳定性检验程序分别对其进行均匀性和稳定性检验。将各参加实验室提交的结果进行迭代稳健统计分析, 采用Z比分数评定各参加实验室的测试结果。结果 全国33家实验室参加能力验证, 其中32家获得满意结果, 满意率为97%, 1家实验室结果为不满意, 不满意率为3%。结论 这表明国内实验室对饮料中常见农残的检测能力总体较好, 少部分实验室的检测能力有待提高。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate the detection capacity of national qualified laboratories for determination of methamidophos, malathion and fenitrothion in drinks. Methods The preparation methods of the secondary standard materials were used as the reference for the sample preparation in this program. The homogeneity and stability of the samples were tested by single factor analysis of variance (ANOVA) combined with the Appendix B of ISO13528:2005 entitled Statistical methods for use in proficiency testing by interlaboratory comparisons. The results provided by participant laboratories were analyzed by robust statistics and assessed using the Z-scores. Results A total of 33 laboratories participated in the proficiency testing program, and 32 laboratories obtained satisfactory results with a satisfaction rate of 97%. There was one participant laboratory giving outlying results, leading to a dissatisfaction rate of 3%. Conclusion The capacity of national qualified laboratories for determination of common pesticide residues in drinks has been ranked as satisfactory according to statistical analysis of the Proficiency Testing Program. However, a small portion of the participants requires further improvement in their capacities.
