      目的 评定高效液相色谱法测定饮料中乙基麦芽酚含量的不确定度。方法 依据CNAS-GL06《化学分析中不确定度的评估指南》和JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》, 分析液相色谱法测定饮料中乙基麦芽酚含量测定过程中的不确定度来源, 通过建立数学模型量化不确定度分量, 全面分析不确定度来源并进行评估计算。结果 本研究测得的饮料中乙基麦芽酚含量为(2.01±0.06) mg/kg, k=2。测定过程的不确定度来源主要有标准曲线配制所使用量具的校准及样品测试过程中重复性实验2项, 包括容器和仪器的校准、标准溶液的配制、稀释、定容、工作曲线的拟合和样品的称量、定容和检测重复性等。结论 本方法可反映测量的置信度和准确性, 为日常实际检验工作提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate the uncertainty of determination of ethyl maltol in beverage samples by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods According to CNAS-GL06 Guidance on Evaluating the Uncertainty in Chemical Analysis and JJF 1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement, the sources of uncertainty in HPLC determination of ethyl maltol in beverages were fully analyzed. Furthermore, the combined uncertainties and expanded uncertainties were calculated based on the established mathematic models. Results The content of ethyl maltol in beverages could be shown as (2.01±0.06) mg/kg, k=2. The uncertainties were mainly attributed to the calibration of measuring tools used in preparation of standard curve, and the repeated experiments in the determination, including containers and instrument calibration, the configuration of the standard solution, dilute, constant volume, working curve fitting and sample weighing, constant volume and repeatability, etc. Conclusion This method accurately reflects the confidence and accuracy of the measurement, which can provide references for the daily actual inspection work.
