      目的 探讨稀土元素指纹分析技术在铁观音原产地溯源中的可行性。方法 采集铁观音主产区安溪县、大田县铁观音茶叶样品, 采用等离子发射光谱质谱法(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, ICP-MS)测定茶叶样品中的16种稀土元素(轻稀土元素: 镧La、钆Gd、钐Sm、铈Ce、钕Nd、镨Pr、铕Eu; 重稀土元素: 钪Sc、钇Y、镱Yb、铽Tb、钬Ho、镝Dy、铥Tm、铒Er、镥Lu)含量, 对数据进行独立样本t检验、主成分分析和Wilk’s λ判别分析, 建立稀土元素判别模型。结果 2个地区的铁观音样品的产地检验判别率为80.4%, 交叉检验判别率为80.4%。筛选出4个有效判别指标稀土元素Sc、Ce、Tb、Yb, 建立安溪铁观音和大田铁观音的判别模型, Y(安溪铁观音)=74.256Sc+1.956Ce?353.777Tb+91.247Yb?6.382、Y(大田铁观音)= 28.986Sc+6.867Ce?696.859Tb+167.880Yb?5.829。结论 稀土元素指纹技术在铁观音的原产地保护以及不同产区的溯源具有一定的应用前景。

      Objective To investigate the feasibility of determining the rare earth elements by fingerprinting technique in the traceability of Tieguanyin Tea. Methods Tieguanyin samples were collected from Anxi and Datian county, the concentration of 16 rare earth elements (light rare earth elements: La, Gd, Sm, Ce, Nd, Pr, Eu; heavy rare earth elements: Sc, Y, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu) were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Independent sample t test, principal component analysis and Wilk’s λ discriminant analysis were conducted to establish the identification model of rare earth elements. Results The detection rate of Tieguanyin samples in 2 districts was 80.4%, and the cross-checking rate was 80.4%. Four effective criteria of rare earth elements (Sc, Ce, Tb and Yb) were selected to establish the discriminant model of Anxi Tieguanyin and Datian Tieguanyin, Y(Anxi)=74.256Sc+1.956Ce?353.777Tb+91.247Yb?6.382, Y(Datian)=28.986Sc+6.867Ce?696.859Tb+167.880Yb? 5.829. Conclusion The technology of rare earth element fingerprints has a certain application prospect in the origin protection of Tieguanyin and the traceability of different areas.
