目的 评定质控样品中金黄色葡萄球菌计数结果的不确定度。方法 通过分析测量过程, 确定并简化不确定度来源, 运用统计学方法, 分析不确定度分量、量化合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果 金黄色葡萄球菌计数结果的不确定度来源较多, 其中对不确定度贡献较大的为均质袋与样品稀释管及其稀释过程引入的不确定度、样品加样体积引入的不确定度、不同人员重复实验引入的不确定度。血浆凝固酶阳性实验, 同样是构成偏差不可忽视的因素。金黄色葡萄球菌计数结果可表示为(103.5778±0.095) CFU/g, k=2。结论 该方法适用于质控样品中金黄色葡萄球菌计数结果的不确定度评定。 |

Objective To evaluate uncertainty of the counting results of Staphylococcus aureus in quality control samples. Methods By analyzing the measurement process, the sources of uncertainty were determined and simplified. The statistical method was used to analyze the uncertainty component, the quantitative synthetic uncertainty and the expansion uncertainty. Results There were many sources of uncertainty in the counting results of Staphylococcus aureus. Among them, the uncertainties introduced by homogenization bag and sample dilution tube and its dilution process, sample volume and repeated experiments by different personnel were the major contributors to the uncertainty. Plasma coagulase positive test was also a component of the deviation, which could not be ignored. The expanded standard uncertainty for the Staphylococcus aureus was (103.5778±0.095) CFU/g, k=2. Conclusion This method is applicable to the uncertainty evaluation of the counting results of Staphylococcus aureus in quality control samples. |
