目的 研究不同培养条件对阪崎克罗诺杆菌食品分离菌株生物被膜形成的影响。方法 从23株阪崎克罗诺杆菌食品分离菌株中筛选5株菌株作为研究对象, 利用试管法和96孔微板法检测不同培养条件下阪崎克罗诺杆菌的菌膜形成情况。结果 5株菌株在胰蛋白胨大豆肉汤培养基(triptych soy broth, TSB)中均具有较强的成膜能力; 培养基中添加不同浓度的营养因子对阪崎克罗诺杆菌生物被膜的形成影响不同, 葡萄糖对5株阪崎克罗诺杆菌食品分离菌株的成膜能力有明显促进作用, 乳糖的添加对阪崎克罗诺杆菌生物被膜形成有一定影响, 但蔗糖的添加对阪崎克罗诺杆菌生物被膜形成影响不明显; 培养基中添加一定浓度的氯化钠可以有效抑制阪崎克罗诺杆菌生物被膜形成; pH对阪崎克罗诺杆菌的成膜能力也有一定影响, 中性环境有利于阪崎克罗诺杆菌的被膜形成。结论 阪崎克罗诺杆菌食品分离菌株具有形成细菌生物被膜的能力, 并且不同培养条件对阪崎克罗诺杆菌生物被膜的形成影响不同。 |

Objective To study the effects of different culture conditions on the biofilm formation of Cronobacter sakazakii isolated from food. Methods The 96-well microplate and tube test were used to detect the biofilm formation of 23 strains of Cronobacter sakazakii isolated from food, from which 5 strains were selected to conduct biofilm formation detection under different culture conditions. Results The 5 strains of Cronobacter sakazakii had ability to form biofilm in triptych soy broth (TSB) culture. There were different effects on the biofilm formation with different concentrations of nutritional factors. Glucose had a significant promoting effect on the biofilm formation of 5 strains, and the addition of lactose also had some influence. However, the addition of sucrose had no obvious effect on the biofilm formation of 5 strains. A certain concentration of sodium chloride in the medium could inhibit the biofilm formation ability. Meanwhile, pH also had a certain impact, in a near neutral environment, 5 strains had stronger ability of biofilm formation. Conclusion Cronobacter sakazakii food isolates had the ability to form biofilm and different culture conditions had different influence on the biofilm formation. |
