      目的 对高效液相色谱法测定饮料中日落黄含量进行不确定度评定。方法 分析日落黄含量测定过程中的样品称量等各种不确定因素, 分析实验过程中各种不确定度的来源, 计算合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果 当日落黄含量为32 mg/kg时, 其扩展不确定度为2.8 mg/kg(k=2)。由各不确定度分量的计算结果可知, 日落黄标准溶液的配制过程对实验结果的不确定度影响最大。结论 通过对测定过程的不确定度评定, 可以把握不确定度的主要来源, 为饮料中日落黄含量的测定提供理论依据, 提高测定的精准度。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate the uncertainty of the determination of sunset yellow content in beverage by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods All uncertainty sources such as sample weighing in the whole determination procedure were analyzed to obtain combined uncertainty and expanded uncertainty. Results The expanded uncertainty was 2.8 mg/kg (k=2) when the content of sunset yellow in beverage was 32 mg/kg. The major source of uncertainty came from the preparation process of standard solution. Conclusion The uncertainty evaluation of the determination process can reveal the main source of uncertainty, provide reliable theoretical basis for detection of the sunset yellow content in beverage and improve the precision.
