      目的 建立高效液相色谱法(high performance liquid chromatography, HPLC)同时快速测定运动饮料中13种食品添加剂的检测方法。方法 在40 ℃柱温, 1.0 mL/min流速下, 选取phenomenex C18(250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm) 色谱柱, 在0.02 mol/L乙酸铵(pH 6.86)和甲醇为流动相条件下进行梯度洗脱, 采用二极管阵列检测器在230 nm波长处进行检测, 外标法定量, 实现同时对13种食品添加剂的分离。结果 该方法线性良好, 相关系数均大于0.990, 检出限为0.2~0.5 mg/kg, 平均回收率为81.0%~107.7%, 相对标准偏差(relative standard deviations, RSDs)为1.00%~5.49%。结论 建立的高效液相色谱法满足同时检测运动饮料中13种食品添加剂的要求, 操作简单、灵敏度高、重复性好。

      Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 13 kinds of food additives in sports drinks by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods The separation was achieved on a phenomenex C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) by using 0.02 mol/L NH4Ac(pH 6.86) and methyl alcohol as mobile phase with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min at 40 ℃. A diode array detector was used to detect at 230 nm. The quantification was performed by the external standard method.Results The method showed good linearities with correlation coefficients (r2) more than 0.990. The limits of detection were 0.2~0.5 mg/kg. The average recoveries of 13 kinds of food additives were 81.0%~107.7% with relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 1.00%~ 5.49%.Conclusion The established method is simple, rapid, and accurate, which is suitable for quantitative analysis of 13 kinds of food additives in sports drinks.
