      2011年日本福岛核事故后, 由核事故导致的持续性污染尤其是食品中放射性污染仍受到极大关注。本文综述了食品中放射性核素污染的种类和研究现状、对人体健康的危害、主要检测方法及部分研究成果, 并着重介绍研究了我国食品中放射性核素的监测现状与进展, 为今后的研究方向做出了科学的指导并提供了理论支撑。
英文摘要:
      Following Fukushima nuclear accident, people are still concerning about the persistent pollution caused by nuclear accidents, especially the radioactive contamination in food. This paper summarized the types and research status of radioactive nuclides in food, harms to human health, main detection methods and some research results, and focused on monitoring status and progress of radionuclides in food in China, which mades scientific guidance for the future research direction and provides the theoretical support.
