目的 通过体外实验研究茶树群体品种与无性系良种鲜叶的冷冻干燥固定样对大肠杆菌(革兰氏阴性菌)、金黄色葡萄球菌(革兰氏阳性菌)、黑曲霉的抑菌作用。方法 采用牛津杯和二倍稀释法研究比较茶树群体品种和无性系良种鲜叶固定样的水提取物的抑菌效果和最小抑菌浓度。结果 茶树群体品种与无性系 良种抑菌圈大小相似, 最小抑菌浓度(minimal inhibitory concentration, MIC)相同, 对大肠杆菌的MIC均为 20 mg/mL, 对金黄色葡萄球的MIC均为5 mg/mL。茶树群体品种和无性系良种鲜叶的水提取物对黑曲霉无反应。结论 茶树群体品种和无性系良种鲜叶的水提取物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌均有较强的抑菌效果, 但抑菌性无明显区别, 对黑曲霉无抑菌效果。 |

Objective To investigate the antibacterial activity of population cultivar and clonal cultivar for fixed sample of freeze drying of tea plant fresh leaves of Escherichia coli (gram-negative bacteria), Staphylococcus aureus (gram-positive bacteria) and Aspergillus niger through experiments in vitro. Methods The antimicrobial effect and minimal inhibition concentration of the water extract of population cultivar and clonal cultivar of tea plant were compared by using the oxford cup method and the serial twofold dilution method. Results The sizes of inhibition zones of population cultivar and clonal cultivar of tea plant were similar, and the minimal inhibition concentrations (MICs) were the same, which were 20 mg/mL for Escherichia coli and 5 mg/mL for Staphylococcus aureus. There was no reaction to Aspergillus niger in the population cultivar and clonal cultivar of tea plant. Conclusion Population cultivar and clonal cultivar of tea plant fresh leaves have strong antibacterial effects on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, but no obvious difference between them, and have no bacteriostasis effect on Aspergillus niger. |
