目的 通过比较3种B群链球菌显色培养基的性能, 了解国内外B群链球菌显色培养基的技术现状。方法 用8株菌株和212例临床白带标本分别接种国内外3种B群链球菌显色平板或培养基制作的平板, 比较目的菌生长和显色差异、杂菌被抑制和显色的差异以及临床标本的检出情况。结果 3种B群链球菌显色培养基灵敏度一致, 均为92.30%(12/13), 国产M1公司、进口M2公司以及进口M3公司B群链球菌显色培养基的特异性分别是98.99%(197/199)、98.49%(196/199)和96.98%(193/199), 但阳性预期值差异较大, 分别是85.71%(12/14)、80.00%(12/15)和66.67%(12/18), M1公司产品与M2公司产品结果差异不显著(P>0.05), 但M3公司产品与二者均差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 国产B群链球菌显色培养基的整体性能明显优于进口产品, 有较大的临床应用价值。 |

Objective To evaluate the 3 kinds of group B Streptococcus chromogenic media, and assess the technical status of them made in domestic and overseas. Methods A total of 8 strains and 212 cases of clinical vaginal secreta were cultured on the medium made by 3 different manufacturers, respectively. The differences of the growth and chromogenic reaction of the target bacteria as well as inhibition of the non-target bacteria and the performance of detection of clinical specimens were compared. Results The sensitivities of the 3 kinds of media were comparable with of 92.30% (12/13). The specificities of the 3 kinds of chromogenic media made by domestic company M1, foreign company M2 and foreign company M3 were 98.99%(197/199), 98.49%(196/199) and 96.98%(193/199), respectively. There was much more significant difference between the positive predictive values of them, which were 85.71% (12/14), 80.00% (12/15) and 66.67% (12/18), respectively. There was no statistically significant difference between the products made by company M1 and company M2 (P>0.05), but the difference between the products made by company M3 and the other two companies was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions The overall performance of domestic group B Streptococcus chromogenic medium is better than imported products, which has a greater value of clinical application. |
